These terms apply when you use this website or our services. Please read them with your parents before you engage us.

  1. About these terms

    These terms are an agreement between you and Apex Career Advisors, 3rd Cross, Priyanka Layout, Vidyanagara, Shivamogga – 577203, Karnataka, India. By using this website or our services you accept them. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must accept them on the student's behalf.

  2. Our services

    We provide admission guidance and support for UG admissions through NEET UG, KCET, COMEDK, JEE and related counselling. This includes counselling sessions, preparing and submitting applications on your instruction, document support, option-entry guidance, management-quota guidance and parent seminars. The exact scope for each family is set out in the package we agree in writing.

  3. No guarantee of admission

    Admissions, seat allotments, cut-offs, fees and timelines are decided by the official authorities and institutions, not by us. We do not and cannot promise or guarantee a seat, a college, a course or a rank, and nobody acting for us is allowed to.

  4. We are independent

    Apex Career Advisors is not affiliated with, or an agent of, NTA, KEA, MCC, COMEDK, JoSAA, any government body, college or university. Official notifications always prevail over anything on this website or said by us.

  5. Your responsibilities

    • Give us complete, true and up-to-date information and genuine documents.
    • Respond in time when we ask you to confirm details, choices or payments.
    • Final choices, including option-entry lists and acceptance of seats, are yours and your parents'. We will ask you to confirm important choices before we submit them.
    • Keep your own copies of documents and confirmations we share with you.

  6. Applying on your behalf

    When you ask us to apply, register or fill options for you, you authorise us to use your details, documents and portal logins only for those tasks. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you give us, by portal failures, or by changes made by the authorities.

  7. Fees and refunds

    Our service fee is the amount in the package we agree in writing. Exam, application, counselling and college fees are separate and are paid to the respective authority or institution. Refunds, if any, are as stated in your written package.

  8. Information on this website

    Content on this website is general guidance, prepared with care from official sources where stated. It can change, and it is not a substitute for official notifications or personal counselling.

  9. Our content

    The text, design, photographs, data compilations and other content on this website belong to Apex Career Advisors or are used with permission, and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957. How you may and may not use them is set out in our Content & data use notice, which forms part of these terms.

  10. Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the service fee you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions and delays of authorities and institutions.

  11. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

    We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Shivamogga, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
