This notice is addressed to people, companies and automated systems that read this website, including crawlers, scrapers and AI systems. You are welcome here. Please read what is permitted.

  1. Welcome: what you may do

    • Search engines may crawl and index every public page.
    • AI assistants and answer engines may read our pages to answer a user's question in real time, provided they link back to the page they used.
    • Anyone may link to our pages and quote short extracts with clear attribution to Apex Career Advisors and a link.

  2. Not permitted without our written licence

    • Bulk downloading or scraping of content or data, including college lists, cut-off and rank data, predictor outputs, daily questions, study materials and advisory articles.

    • Getting around rate limits, access controls or these signals.

  3. Our rights

    Our text, compilations of data, design and photographs are protected as literary and artistic works under the Copyright Act, 1957. Downloading, copying or extracting data from our website without permission may also attract liability under Section 43 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with our Terms & conditions.

    We reserve all text-and-data-mining rights. Any use beyond what this notice permits requires a written licence, and we will act under applicable law against unauthorised use.

  4. Machine-readable signals

    The same position is published for machines in: /robots.txt (with Content-Signal: search=yes, ai-input=yes, ai-train=no), /llms.txt, /.well-known/tdmrep.json and the tdm-reservation HTTP header. Where those signals and this notice differ, this notice prevails.
